reward system seems limiting and kinda worthless. Was gonna use it as an extra savings account to buy things online. But, never even got that far. With how often the app wouldn't even load I was never comfortable keeping much money in it as there were often times I couldn't access my account to manage it on any level. I just got a termination notice with no explanation on my account so I guess that's it. Not worth fighting for. I don't recommend wasting your money or worse, your time trying it.

With the recent announcement they are removing the free tier I will be closing my account. It could have been a cool system, but some promised useful features (changing the linked bank account) never showed up, and biometric authentication has never worked consistently. If Mana had shown a commitment to fixing issues and introducing promised features, I might have been tempted to start paying for it. But sadly, no.

With the issue on the biometric feature; can you please check in with our support team and reference this review? I think the idea is great, and the app works alright, but the banking itself is far too buggy to even call this a beta. I've had issues with ACH payments going out and debit card transactions as well. I have returned check fees and late fees from a few different bills because the ACH was reversed when money was available. I *might* consider coming back once the bugs are worked out. It's a good idea in theory, just not in practice.
